I think most of us must have been nervous before or during an exam.
Many people think that proper nervousness has its own advantages.For example,it can help athletes perform well in sports events.In the same way,nervousness can activate our mind and help us get good grades.
As a popular saying goes,every coin has two sides.Being too nervous can result in sleeplessness,which does harm to our health.Whats more,it may make our brain upside down,which increases our mistakes in exams.Worst of all,we may be too nervous to write down any answers.
In my opinion,several methods can be used to slove the problem above.Firstly,we should study hard,which will make us more confident.Secondly,it is useful to breathe dee* before exams to calm down.

Numerous rivers and lakes have been drained only to set up modern buildings. Priceless wildlife has turned into delicious dishes on the table.The air is being befouled by the smoke from the chimneys of the plants...
All this irritates the nature ,which results in the shortage of valuable resources,air pollution,countless acres of lands becoming deserts,etc.Fortunately,many countries have got to know the seriousness of the problem and take active measures to preserve the environment.We sincerely hope that all the peo;le in the world willtake part in the campaign and join hands to protect the nature.

He enterde the music indestry at the year , before that year ,he was only a boy who wrote songs for many super stars .His songs were liked by many people but no one care who was the writer.He was noly hard to write songs because he like music ,He thought music has it soal , if you sing it by heart , it well be lived .
I like a song of him , its name is cries in a distance , the song tells us ,nothing is sad if we belive the hope . He has many difficulty , but his song says , cries in a distance , cant stop the tremble , Im just waiting my turn , hiding will never , save me forever , the guns gonne get me for sure . dear god I pray why wont you be my friend , come to me and take my hand ,like mama would say everything will be ok.
Now he is not rather a shy singer and performer , the lyrical songs make him mature ,and now he is a man or not a boy .
Ne is a real super star with many fans ,the improve mark a big step forward confident .
